Bad breath is a medical condition that can affect all classes and ages of people around the world. There are some who believe that only adults are affected by this problem but teens as well as children can also suffer this fate.

You must go in for the tight kind of toothpaste for your teeth. It is also important to recognize that foods that contain caffeine would not augur well for your breath. Caffeine is an antidepressant and would therefore not offer the right kind of odor for the mouth. One other thing that is the cause of bad breath is the intake of soda.

This indeed should be a taboo for anybody who wants to have a good breath as it does not offer one the right odor in the mouth.
